Q: How long does the Sprint Pack take?
AI generates in 5–10 minutes; for the first 50 orders our admissions advisor reviews within 24 hours and you get an email when it's approved.
Q: How do I cancel a subscription?
Account → Subscription → Cancel. The current paid period continues to expiry, no charge next cycle. No email required.
Q: Can I get a refund?
Subscription unused: full refund within 7 days if no AI report has been triggered. Sprint Pack: refundable before report generation; not refundable once generated. See refund policy
Q: Is this only for Chinese families in the U.S.?
Our primary audience is Chinese families (U.S.-based + Chinese international school), but the product has no nationality restriction. F-1 international, green card, U.S. citizen, and Chinese international school are all covered identity buckets.
