What we provide

PeiPaoLab services include:

  • Public admissions data tools (competitiveness index, college / major lookup, etc.)
  • Subscription growth profile and dynamic diagnostics
  • One-time paid sprint pack reports
  • AI-generated suggestions based on public data and user input

What we don't provide

  • 1-on-1 human consulting
  • Essay ghostwriting or any form of essay content production
  • Application processing (Common App / UC App form filling, etc.)
  • Interview coaching or simulations
  • Any form of admissions outcome guarantee

Nature of the service

What we offer is a data analysis + AI-assisted decision tool, not an educational consulting service. Our output is a reference, not a promise. All admissions outcomes depend on the independent judgment of the admissions committee, plus the applicant's own academic record, personal statement, recommendations, etc.

User responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, accurate applicant information so the diagnostic is meaningful
  • Make your own independent judgment based on our output; do not treat our suggestions as the sole basis for decisions
  • Do not resell our paid content or reports to third parties
  • Do not use any AI-generated content as the applicant's personal essay or application material

Refund policy

Subscription: fully refundable within 30 days of the first month and before any Semester Diagnostic or paid AI report has been generated; once deep AI is triggered, it counts as value delivered and is non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are prorated by unused months, minus the unit cost of any Semester Diagnostics already generated.

Sprint pack: 100% refundable before the report is generated; once delivered, it's considered accepted and non-refundable; only data errors can be appealed within 7 days. See the Refund Policy.

This service is provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties about admissions outcomes, complete data accuracy, or service availability. Any decision risk arising from information differences or admissions policy changes is borne by the user.
