Application Sprint Pack · A battle plan you can submit straight from
Built for senior year and application season. Based on the applicant's real profile, current admissions policy, and 8 recent admit cycles of same-cohort cases. Full PDF: school list, essay angles, week-by-week timeline, ED/EA strategy, EC closing. Kaiso drafts, counselor reviews, then we email it.
How counselor + Kaiso double review keeps the report usable
Item by item
We break the form (grades / courses / EC / essay material / target schools / recommender progress) into 60+ items and walk through every one.
All 5 sections in parallel
School list, essays, timeline, ED-EA, EC are generated simultaneously, each section gets its own pass before we merge.
Counselor review
The first 50 reports are reviewed by a senior college counselor (data accuracy, essay direction feasibility, timeline realism). After that we automate.
Email PDF
Once it clears review, we email the full PDF and an in-account reading link.
PDF · Application-season battle plan
Senior year is tight. We split the 5 things parents and the applicant agonize over most into one section each.
School list · Reach / match / safety
- Starting from your target schools, we fill in the missing tiers (more safeties if you're light there, more matches if that's the gap).
- Each school comes with the specific reason it landed in this list.
- ED-leaning recommendation if ED/EA fits you (we suggest, you decide).
Essay angles · Personal + supplementals
- 3-5 viable angles for the personal statement, drawn from your own material pool — not generic advice.
- For each angle, the overdone takes you should avoid.
- Supplementals decoded prompt by prompt for your target schools (we don't ghostwrite, we point the direction).
Timeline · Week-by-week to RD 1.1
- Countdown breakdown for ED 11.1 / EA 11.15 / RD 1.1.
- Each week's to-do (which essay to draft, which document to chase, which recommender to nudge).
- Backward planning from the hard deadlines (rec letters, score sends, financial documents).
ED / EA strategy
- Given your profile, which ED school has the highest hit rate (we don't predict probabilities, we run conditional analysis).
- Which EA mix is most efficient (avoiding SCEA conflicts and timing collisions).
- RD backup plan if ED doesn't land.
EC closing
- EC types you can still add as a senior (short-cycle, high-output, doesn't dilute your main thread).
- How to write each EC compellingly in Common App (specific verbs + quantification).
- Competition / project deadline calendar tailored to your intended major.
From submit to PDF in hand
Fill the sprint form (about 30 minutes)
Profile, target schools, essay material, recommender progress, EC list, time window. The form only asks what's relevant to your situation — no filler questions.
Stripe one-time payment $49
Credit or debit card. Payment goes straight into generation + counselor review.
Kaiso runs the report (about 5-10 minutes)
Kaiso runs all 5 sections in parallel, self-checks for missing data and internal contradictions, then hands it to the counselor.
Counselor review (24-72h, first 50 reports)
A senior college counselor manually checks data accuracy, essay direction feasibility, timeline realism. After the first 50 we switch to automated.

How to use the PDF (senior year is tight, order matters)
Day 1 · Family reads it together
Read it the night you get it. Align on school list, ED direction, and timeline. If there's disagreement, look at the timeline's hard deadlines first — some calls become moot if you keep debating.
Day 2-3 · Start executing the timeline
Pull this week's items off the timeline and move on them now. Once the essay angle is chosen, start writing — don't second-guess it.
Week before submission · Re-read
A week before you submit, re-check the timeline and school list against actual progress. The home stretch is where things slip.
After submission · Don't spiral
Have the RD backup plan ready before ED results arrive. Starting RD after an ED rejection is too late — December is when you start.
Anything you'd want to ask before paying
Q · Why is $49 so cheap?+
Beta period is $49, early bird $99, standard launch $199. We're trading a low price for genuine feedback from early users so we can tune report quality.
Q · What's the counselor's background?+
The first 50 reports are reviewed by a senior college counselor (no ghostwriting, no admit predictions). Their focus is data accuracy, essay direction feasibility, and timeline realism. The counselor doesn't decide where you ED — they flag logical gaps in the report.
Q · 24-72h review — will it slip?+
Usually within 24h. If your inputs have data conflicts (e.g. GPA and course load don't match), the counselor will email you to confirm, which can push it to 48-72h. In rare cases we'll ask you to refill specific fields.
Q · Can I get a refund?+
Full refund anytime before review completes / report is delivered. After delivery it's non-refundable (the value is already delivered). If we made a data error or the counselor missed something, we fix it free.
