Long-term Subscription · Application season is one shot, preparation is a 4-year job
From 8th to 12th grade: one diagnosis per semester + time-window reminders + AP/EC tracking. Built on 8 recent admit cycles of real growth-trajectory data, so we can tell whether the applicant is on the right path. Early bird locks the price for life.
How one subscription covers 4 years
Build the profile
Start anywhere from 8th to 12th grade. Build the applicant's growth profile (GPA / standardized tests / AP / EC / awards / essay material pool).
Semester diagnosis
End of each semester we run a semester diagnosis to see what shifted in academics / soft factors / time window.
Time-window reminders
Email reminders at 30 / 14 / 7 days before key milestones (test registration, EC deadlines, recommender conversations) — so windows don't slip past.
Continuous AP / EC tracking
Monthly data updates + reviewed EC recommendations + AP distribution comparison surface drift before it compounds.
3 core features · Continuous follow-through
The subscription's core isn't one report — it's iteration every month and every semester for 4 years.
Growth profile · The applicant's trajectory
- GPA trend line (recorded by semester, with P25-P75 quantile band).
- SAT / ACT score evolution + 4-tier benchmarks (Top 10 / Top 20 / Top 50 / UC).
- AP / IB / A-Level course list + year-over-year additions.
- EC list + yearly additions + quantified output (hours, award levels, role).
- Essay material pool (free-form notes, ready to use during application season).
Semester diagnosis · One per semester
- End-of-semester diagnosis identifies what changed compared to last semester.
- 4-axis gap update (academics / soft factors / essay direction / time window).
- Action plan rolls forward (this semester's misses move to next, new risk flags surface).
- PDF readable online + downloadable.
Time-window reminders · Email + in-app
- Standardized test registration deadlines: 14-day and 7-day reminders.
- AP registration / EC application deadlines / summer program registration reminders.
- Recommender milestones (lock recommenders end of 10th grade, conversations end of 11th).
- Senior-year countdown (ED 11.1 / EA 11.15 / RD 1.1).
The rhythm after subscribing
Sign up + Stripe $9/month (early bird)
Create an account, subscribe via Stripe. Early bird locks the price for life — when we raise to $19/month later, you're unaffected. Cancel anytime.
Build the profile (about 20 minutes)
Fill the applicant's basic info + current GPA / standardized tests / AP / EC. The system organizes it by semester and lets empty fields fill in over time.
Monthly data updates + end-of-semester diagnosis
Update grades / add ECs / edit essay material monthly. End of semester (December / May), the diagnosis runs automatically.
Email reminders at key milestones
We email proactively based on the applicant's grade and upcoming milestones. No standardized-test, EC, or recommender window will slip past you.
Senior year shifts to application-season mode
In senior year, the subscription switches to application-season mode. You can stack the Sprint Pack ($49 one-time) on top.

How to get the most out of the subscription
Grades 8-9 · Build the profile + form habits
The biggest risk this stage is not knowing what the risks are. Build the profile, read the common-mistakes checklist, dodge the early-stage wrong turns.
Grades 10-11 · Roll the semester diagnosis forward
Each semester diagnosis identifies shifts vs. the previous one. If any axis regresses (e.g. GPA dipping, EC stalled), it proactively flags what needs catch-up.
Senior year · Switch to application-season mode
The subscription switches to application-season mode. Stack the Sprint Pack ($49) for the full battle plan. Subscription + Sprint Pack = 4 years of follow-through plus the application-season sprint.
Siblings · Multiple profiles in one account
Multiple applicants in one family can each have their own profile, tracked independently, sharing one subscription.
Anything you'd want to ask before paying
Q · Why is early bird $9/month half the standard price?+
The data sample isn't large enough yet during the early bird period. We need early users to help us iterate the algorithm and surface errors. In exchange, early bird users lock $9/month for life — future price increases don't apply.
Q · Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One-click cancel from your account, no charge for the next month. Historical growth profiles are kept for 6 months, then auto-cleared per privacy policy.
Q · We have two applicants — do we need two subscriptions?+
No. One account can hold multiple growth profiles (each sibling occupies a child slot), sharing one subscription. Each profile is tracked independently with its own semester diagnosis.
Q · Is it too late to start subscribing in senior year?+
Not too late, but not the best fit. For senior year we recommend the Sprint Pack ($49 one-time). The subscription is built for grades 8-11 long-term tracking. With only six months left, the Sprint Pack is much better value.
Q · How does subscription refund work?+
Within the first 30 days, if you haven't generated any semester diagnosis or paid report yet, full refund. Once any deep feature triggers, value is considered delivered, no refund. Annual subscriptions refund pro-rated for unused months.
